Job summary

Fanatics Inc. is seeking a hands‑on Mobile User Acquisition Manager to own paid growth across Topps Digital apps within the Fanatics Collectibles ecosystem. You’ll set strategy, oversee budgets, and optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, Apple Search Ads, and other networks.

You’ll partner with design and content teams, analyze performance data, and translate results into clear reports for stakeholders while aligning with live events and promotions in sports collectibles.

Qualifications

• 4+ years running mobile app user acquisition
• Deep experience with Google App Campaigns (UAC) and Meta
• Fluency with a mobile attribution platform such as Singular / AppsFlyer / Adjust / Kochava
• Knowledge of CPI, CAC, LTV, ROAS and cohort segmentation
• Clear written communication making complex data accessible

Responsibilities

• Plan, buy, and optimize paid acquisition and retargeting across Google App Campaigns, Meta, Apple Search Ads, third‑party networks, and emerging channels.
• Use attribution data to validate tracking, read cohort performance, and inform budget allocation.
• Onboard new ad partners and supply creative and tracking assets.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to test creative concepts and translate results into actionable reports.
• Support cross-promotion across Fanatics Collectibles ecosystem apps.
