Job summary

Pearce is a leading technology-enabled provider of asset management solutions for mission-critical electromechanical infrastructure across North America. Our Generator Technicians service and repair commercial generators on cell phone towers in your region, with a strong emphasis on independent, self-directed work and willingness to travel.

This on-site role requires lifting, safety compliance, and the ability to respond to alarms 24/7.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of generator maintenance experience.
• Minimum of one year of intense work-related experience with generator and electrical maintenance software, hardware, and processes.
• Basic knowledge of FCC/FAA/EPA/OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, diagnose, repair generators; replace components and upgrade equipment.
• Run performance checks and maintenance per blueprints/design specs.
• Install fuel/water lines, pumps, wiring, and controls; test operation.
• Respond to generator alarms; be on-call 24/7 as needed.
• Work safely to manage hazards during installation and maintenance.
