Pearce is a leading technology-enabled provider of asset management solutions across North America. We are seeking a Generator Technician to service and repair commercial generators on cell phone towers in your region, with travel required and on-call duties as needed.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of generator maintenance experience, knowledge of electrical and mechanical components, and a willingness to work flexible hours. A company vehicle and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of generator maintenance experience preferred.
• Minimum one year in generator/electrical maintenance software, hardware, and processes.
• Basic knowledge of generator installations, maintenance, and repair of components.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, diagnose, repair, and upgrade generators and related systems.
• Perform performance checks and follow design specifications for installation/repair.
• Respond promptly to power/generator alarms and be on-call as needed.
• Maintain safety practices and attend designated safety meetings.
