Pearce is a leading technology-enabled provider of asset management solutions for mission-critical infrastructure across North America. Our Generator Technicians service and repair commercial generators on cell tower sites, traveling regionally to support telecom deployments.

We seek a highly motivated technician who can work independently, handle on‑call duties, and follow safety and regulatory guidelines while delivering reliable power solutions.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of generator maintenance experience.
• Experience with generator installations and repair.
• Basic knowledge of FCC/FAA/EPA/OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, diagnose, repair, and upgrade generators and related components.
• Perform performance checks and read blueprints to install or repair.
• Install fuel and water lines, pumps, wiring, and controls; test operation.
• Respond to alarms; be on-call 24/7 as needed; adhere to safety practices.
