Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school preferred for building-related trades.
• Experience in general repairs for commercial properties (painting, carpentry, plumbing).
• Ability to read blueprints, plans, and diagrams; comfortable with basic repair estimates.

Responsibilities

• Maintain business properties and perform general repairs.
• Inspect and maintain programs; troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair appliances and building elements.
• Provide minor HVAC and plumbing support and assist trade technicians.
