Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in food service, pantry operations, or community-based kitchen management preferred.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and inventory systems.
• Commitment to respectful, client-centered service.
• Comfort working with diverse populations in a variety of community settings.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate standard kitchen and office equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the mobile food truck, including driving the vehicle, food preparation, and service coordination.
• Plan weekly menus in collaboration with staff and Regional Food and Nutrition Hub manager, incorporating donations and inventory.
• Coordinate mobile meal distribution schedules and community service sites.
• Supervise food truck staff and volunteers, ensuring a respectful, safe, and productive environment.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, receiving, storage, and distribution for food truck and pantry.
