Job summary

Catholic Charities Worcester County is seeking a full-time Food Pantry Coordinator to oversee pantry operations across multiple offices. The role supports families with nutritious food and coordinates volunteers for pantry trips and drives.

Responsibilities include managing inventory, maintaining client records, and compiling monthly and yearly statistics, with physical duties such as lifting and loading items as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bi-lingual Spanish/English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pantry operations within the Emergency Service Area.
• Drive up to a 15” box truck (no CDL required).
• Maintain pantry inventory and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Coordinate and recruit volunteers with the Volunteer Coordinator.
• Ensure accuracy of client files with up-to-date information.
• Maintain monthly and annual pantry statistics.
• Assist with pickup of donated items and program drives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
