Job summary

AeroGuard Flight Training Center is seeking a detailed Scheduling Coordinator to manage flight, ground briefing, and simulator scheduling. The role runs Wednesday through Sunday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, primarily inside the facility.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, experience in logistics or flight school operations, and strong communication and computer skills, including MS Office. Knowledge of ETA is a plus; non-exempt status applies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• Logistical or flight school operations experience is preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to identify problems or potential problems and develop and implement solutions.
• Must have good computer operating skills.
• Typing rate of 40 wpm preferred.

Responsibilities

• Input, monitor and modify schedule information into the computerized scheduling system.
• Compile reports as required.
• Performs other related duties and assignments as required.
• Must be able to be flexible and work as needed.
• Supports and participates in the Continuous Improvement Program to comply with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
