Job summary

Frontier Airlines is seeking a Scheduling Specialist for Flight Operations Training to manage pilot training schedules, qualification tracking, and coordination with multiple departments. You will ensure compliance with FAA regulations and coordinate with Airbus as needed.

The role requires strong office administration experience, familiarity with crew scheduling software, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment with shift requirements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Operational experience with Sabre CrewQual, CrewTrac and MINT preferred.
• Prior airline training or Crew Scheduling experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of office administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule pilot ground school, simulator training/evaluation and OE for A320 pilots.
• Schedule, track, and document pilots to meet qualifications and FAA regs.
• Coordinate monthly Pilot bids and process Monthly Open Time for Instructors.
• Handle incoming calls for scheduling and department management.
• Work with Crew Scheduling, Ground Training, LOA and other departments to qualify pilots.
