Cox Fleet is seeking a Mobile Technician Leader to join the management team and drive growth in a dynamic market. You will lead a team of mobile fleet technicians, coach staff, and partner with ops and sales to expand services while maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities include onboarding, performance management, budget oversight, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure reliable, scalable service delivery across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; 6+ years of experience in a related field.
• Minimum of three years in a people leadership role, with a proven track record of developing teams and driving performance.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record; ability to operate in multi-state environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of mobile fleet technicians to drive performance and growth.
• Establish a high-performance culture through ongoing development conversations.
• Monitor market performance, identify growth opportunities, and expand client relationships.
• Oversee safety compliance, training onboarding, and budget adherence at the market level.
• Collaborate across functions (dispatch, parts, billing, HR) to align operations with strategy.
• Travel frequently to client sites to strengthen relationships and ensure service quality.
