Job summary

Cox Fleet is seeking a Mobile Technician Leader to join its Management Team in the Orlando market. You will provide strong leadership to a growing team of mobile fleet technicians, coaching and mentoring for performance, safety, and service quality.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 6 years’ experience in a related field; alternate combinations accepted.
Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a people leadership role with a track record of developing teams.
Safe drivers needed and 3 YR MVR review; valid driver’s license and ability to obtain DQF.
Interstate operating authority requires 21+ years old.
Strong coaching, mentoring and change leadership skills in growth environments.
Ability to drive business outcomes through cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Manage and provide direction to a team of mobile fleet technicians, delivering hands-on leadership.
Establish a high-performance, engaged team culture through ongoing coaching and development.
Take ownership of market-level performance including productivity, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
Monitor metrics, reports, and records to drive continuous improvement and scalable operations.
Lead onboarding and ramp-up of new technicians to support market expansion.
Collaborate with dispatch, parts, and billing to align execution with growth strategy.
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards.
