Job summary

Continuum Resource Network is hiring Readiness and Response Operators to support vehicle readiness, field response, and fleet operations for an autonomous ride-hailing service in Miami. You will conduct pre-/post-service checks, assist riders, and coordinate recovery and movement of autonomous vehicles using remote tools.

The role requires 2–4 years of fast-paced logistics or customer service experience, a valid driver's license, and technical aptitude.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of fast-paced logistics/customer-service experience.
• Comfort with terminal commands and remote operation interfaces.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-service and post-service readiness checks (mechanical, sensors, data procedures).
• Respond to in-field vehicle incidents and coordinate safe recovery and repositioning.
• Operate autonomous vehicles using remote input tools for recovery and movement.
• Assist riders during recovery events with safe entry/exit and clear updates.
• Provide light concierge support at pick-up/drop-off locations.
