Job summary

Cox Fleet in Baltimore seeks a Mobile Technician Leader to join the Management Team and guide a growing group of mobile fleet technicians. You will drive coaching, performance, and service delivery to expand market presence while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and several years of leadership experience; you will partner with HR, Parts, Fleet Management, IT, and client services to scale operations and maximize revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (or equivalent) with several years of experience.
• Minimum 3 years in a people leadership role with a track record of developing teams.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet MVR requirements; 21+ years old due to interstate operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of mobile fleet technicians; provide coaching and career development.
• Drive market-level performance: productivity, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
• Monitor metrics, safety records, and training docs to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with growth strategy.
• Onboard new technicians; manage ramp-up and capacity expansion; conduct safety audits.
