Job summary

Mission Mobile Medical seeks a Field Deployed Technician to drive, service, and deploy CDPs across assigned sites. You will handle charging, site setup, and on-site troubleshooting, ensuring patient access remains uninterrupted.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Relevant automotive/EV or electrical trade certifications preferred.
• Prior field service or hands-on technical experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive the CDP between sites and on public roads.
• Plan routes and manage charging network gaps.
• Operate Level 2 and DC fast charging sessions; troubleshoot chargers.
• Set up and secure sites; deploy modules and shore power.
• Read faults and decide fixes on site.
• Perform preventive maintenance and timely service actions.
• Maintain direct lines to factory with telemetry data.
• Greet patients and assist with traffic flow at the CDP.
