Job summary

General Parts Group seeks a Field Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial kitchen equipment at restaurant sites in the Seattle area. You travel to client locations, service hot-side appliances, refrigeration units, and light HVAC systems, and operate a company vehicle safely to minimize downtime.

You will provide exceptional customer support, communicate clearly with kitchen and management staff, and work independently with little supervision.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
• iPad Use & Familiarity.
• EPA Certification Required for Refrigeration Techs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial kitchen equipment including hot-side appliances, refrigeration units, and light HVAC systems.
• Travel to restaurant locations to deliver prompt and reliable service.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and ensure minimal downtime for restaurant operations.
• Provide exceptional customer support and communicate clearly with kitchen and management staff.
• Work independently with little supervision.
