Job summary

General Parts Group is hiring a Field Service Technician to repair and maintain commercial kitchen equipment in schools, healthcare facilities and restaurants across the assigned area.

You will troubleshoot and service cooking, refrigeration, and HVAC systems, with on-call rotations and company vehicle provided. Opportunities for advancement, training, and benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience, education, or military training preferred.
• EPA certification (for refrigeration techs)
• Strong mechanical aptitude & ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver’s license and driving record meeting safety standards
• Criminal background check and drug screen completed

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial cooking, refrigeration, and HVAC equipment
• Provide service solutions for gas, electric, and steam systems
• Order and install replacement parts
• Participate in after-hours & weekend on-call rotations
