Job summary

General Parts Group is seeking a Field Service Technician to travel to restaurant locations to diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial kitchen equipment. You will operate a company vehicle, deliver prompt and reliable service, and communicate clearly with kitchen and management staff.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum 1 year of commercial kitchen, refrigeration, or HVAC experience preferred.
• Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen.
• EPA Certification Required for Refrigeration Techs.
• Valid Driver's License and Driving Record that meets our safety standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
• iPad Use & Familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial kitchen equipment at restaurant sites.
• Travel to customer locations using company vehicle and deliver prompt service.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and management; provide exceptional customer support.
• Work independently with minimal supervision to minimize downtime for customers.
