Job summary

Raymond West is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our service team. The role emphasizes proficient repair and service of customer equipment, maintaining strong communication with customers, peers, and management, and representing the company in the field.

You will travel within assigned territories with a company vehicle, complete paperwork neatly and timely, follow safety guidelines, and strive to exceed productivity goals.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Excellent Organizational Time Management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and similar software.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to work with customers, peers and managers.
• Must be self-motivated and able to manage time efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Repair all types of equipment that Raymond West sells and services.
• Update training and skills on a continuing basis.
• Train other employees as needed.
• Maintain a profitable billing level.
• Follow all Service Department procedures.
• Communicate with assigned Field Supervisor.
