Raymond West is seeking a Field Service Technician to repair and service customer equipment and maintain strong communication with customers and management. The role emphasizes productivity, safety, and representing the company while traveling within assigned territories.

You will repair equipment, update training, and train others as needed, while following procedures and maintaining accurate paperwork and a professional image. Travel and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3+ years breakdown/service experience or equivalent.
• Able to read and follow safety instructions and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Repair all types of equipment Raymond West sells and services.
• Update training and skills on a continuing basis.
• Train other employees as needed.
• Follow all Service Department procedures.
• Communicate with assigned Field Supervisor.
• Complete all paperwork transactions in a timely, neat, accurate and orderly fashion.
• Maintain good customer rapport and professional appearance.
