Tech24 in Alexandria, VA is seeking a Hot Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair commercial kitchen and refrigeration systems. You will deliver excellent customer service while working on hot-side and cold-side equipment.

The role requires 3+ years of hands-on experience with commercial cooking equipment, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Benefits include weekly pay, paid time off, medical coverage, and a company vehicle with a gas card.

Competenze

• 3-5+ years of experience with the ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial cooking equipment such as ovens, fryers, steamers, griddles, warmers, mixers, dishwashers, combi-ovens, holding cabinets, etc.

Mansioni

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial cooking equipment (ovens, fryers, steamers, griddles, warmers, etc.)
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure safe efficient equipment operations
• Accurately document service calls, parts used, labor hours, and customer interactions in company system
• Clearly communicate repair status, recommendations, and timelines to customers
• Manage truck inventory to ensure proper parts and tools are stocked
• Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner
• Represent the company with professionalism while delivering high-quality customer service
• Follow all safety regulations and company policies
• Participate in ongoing technical training and professional development opportunities
