Job summary

Tech24 is seeking a Field Service Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair commercial cooking equipment at customer locations. The role requires strong troubleshooting, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

You will work independently in the field, ensuring equipment operates safely and with minimal downtime. Compensation ranges from $35 to $42 per hour DOE, with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits after the date of hire.

Qualifications

• 3+ years diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial cooking equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial cooking equipment (ovens, fryers, steamers, griddles, warmers, combi-ovens, mixers, dishwashers, hot cases, flattops).
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure safe, efficient equipment operations.
• Document service calls, parts used, labor hours, and interactions in company system.
• Communicate repair status and timelines to customers.
• Manage truck inventory to ensure parts and tools are stocked.
• Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner.
