Job summary
Tech24 via United Service Technologies is seeking a Field Service Technician to service and repair commercial kitchen and refrigeration equipment in Houston, TX. You will diagnose, maintain, and repair a wide range of hot‑side and cold‑side systems, while delivering exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in the field, a valid driver’s license, and strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years in commercial foodservice or refrigeration repair.
- Valid driver's license with clean record.
- Able to read manuals, wiring diagrams and blueprints.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in varied conditions.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial cooking equipment.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair refrigeration systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance for safe operations.
- Document service activity and parts used accurately.
- Communicate repair status and timelines to customers.
- Manage truck inventory and on-call readiness.
- Adhere to safety regulations and participate in training.
