Automotive Technology Experts (ATE) seeks a Field Mechanic Technician to deliver high-quality mechanical, diagnostic, programming, calibration, and safety services to Crash Champions locations and partners. The role combines mechanical repairs with advanced ADAS work, requiring travel in a company vehicle and adherence to OEM procedures.

The position emphasizes testing, documentation, and customer communication, with ongoing training and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• 4+ years automotive mechanical experience.
• I-CAR PL3 certification required within 90 days of hire.
• ASE certification scheduled within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Travel daily to assigned service locations in a company provided vehicle.
• Perform diagnostics, scanning, programming, calibrations, electrical diagnostics, and mechanical repairs.
• Document all services and ensure OEM guidelines are followed.
• Conduct test drives to verify system functionality and repairs.
• Provide excellent customer service and clear communication.
