Job summary

ATE Field Mechanic Technician is a mobile, field-based role delivering high quality mechanical, diagnostic, programming, calibration, electrical, and safety services to Crash Champions locations and partners.

The role combines full mechanical repair with advanced diagnostics and ADAS calibration, differentiating it from calibration-only roles. Travel daily in a company vehicle; maintain documentation per OEM and MCP guidelines.

Qualifications

• 4+ years automotive mechanical experience required; full mechanical and diagnostic scope.
• I-CAR PL3 certification within 90 days; ASE certification scheduled within 90 days.
• Proficient with electrical diagnostic equipment and OEM/aftermarket service information.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fast and accurate ATE service support to customers.
• Travel daily to assigned service locations in company vehicle.
• Perform diagnostics, scanning, programming, calibrations, and electrical diagnostics.
