Qualifications

• 3–5 years of auto collision estimating experience using CCC or Mitchell.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficient written and verbal communication with customers.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, clear service to customers during claims.
• Investigate claims and interpret policies to determine coverage.
• Communicate via phone, email, and video to guide claims.
• Negotiate settlements with customers, vendors, and third parties.
• Utilize tools to prepare accurate damage estimates.
• Maintain detailed, timely records in the claims system.
