Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Technician to perform facility maintenance across retail sites in the DFW area. You will handle HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building repairs, with a fully equipped vehicle and tools supplied to support daily work.

You will manage preventive maintenance, assist with installations, review work orders, manage time, and ensure safety and code compliance. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and the ability

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1–2 years of job-related experience (or combination).
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to meet physical requirements (stooping, standing, walking, climbing, lift 50 lbs).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Service Channel a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and inquisitive mindset.
• Basic math skills (percentages, discounts, markups).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, and control systems for assigned facilities.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders, estimate completion times, and identify materials needed.
• Support energy management to ensure systems operate efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Operate company vehicles for daily work.
• Communicate effectively with clients, coworkers, and supervisors.
• Follow defined procedures to deliver output under guidance.
