Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Mobile Technician in Frederick, MD to perform facility maintenance across retail sites, covering HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building repairs. A fully equipped vehicle and tools are provided to support your daily tasks.

Required: High school diploma or trade diploma with 1–2 years of related experience, valid drivers license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and proficiency in MS Office. Experience with Service Channel is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1–2 years of job-related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with Service Channel is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, and control systems in assigned facilities.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Organize work orders, estimate completion times, and identify needed materials.
