Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Technician to perform repairs and preventive maintenance on facility mechanical, electrical, and related building systems across multiple sites. The role includes assisting with installation and modification of equipment and reviewing work orders.

The position requires a high school diploma or trade training, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Strong communication and basic MS Office skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or trade school diploma; 1–2 years of job-related experience or equivalent combination.
• Valid Driver’s License required; physical ability to stoop, lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, climb stairs/ladders.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on facility mechanical, electrical, and other building systems and equipment.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and estimate time and materials; manage and track completion.
