Job summary

The role requires a High School diploma or trade school, 1–2 years of related experience, a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, basic math, and good communication. Proficiency with MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical building systems.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment.
• Review work orders, estimate time and materials, and track completion.
• Support energy management for efficient system operation.
• Inspect installations for code and safety compliance.
• Communicate clearly with clients, coworkers, and supervisors.
• Follow defined procedures under supervision to deliver outputs.
