Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on facility mechanical and electrical systems.
• Inspect and maintain fire doors and life safety systems per NFPA 80 standards.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment.
• Review work orders and estimate time and materials for repairs.
