Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Technician to perform preventive maintenance and repairs across multiple buildings and systems, including mechanical and electrical equipment, with on-site inspections and energy-management duties.

You will review work orders, estimate time and materials, and ensure safety and code compliance. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required for field work.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade diploma with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, and to perform climbing/stooping as needed.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and basic math ability.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on facility mechanical and electrical systems.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and estimate time and materials; manage completion.
• Support energy management to keep systems operating efficiently.
• Inspect installations for code and safety compliance.
• Communicate clearly with clients, coworkers, and supervisors.
• Follow established procedures to solve routine problems.
• Contribute to defined duties, methods, and tasks under supervision.
• Deliver output by following procedures with guidance.
