Job summary

C&W Services in Tyler, Texas is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Technician to assist with troubleshooting and repairs of commercial properties, industrial systems, and equipment. You will inspect buildings and respond to maintenance requests.

2+ years of related experience, a valid driver’s license, and basic computing skills (Outlook, Excel, Word) are required. The role offers weekly pay, comprehensive benefits starting on day one, advancement opportunities, and ongoing training in a safety‑first

Qualifications

2+ years of related experience in a commercial property setting
Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
Basic Computing Skills in Outlook, Excel & Word
May require shift work and/or stand-by duties
May be the only maintenance staff on duty on certain shifts

Responsibilities

Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems (packaging/machinery, plumbing, kitchen equipment, roofs, drains, HVAC)
Clean, lubricate and service pumps, valves, pneumatic controls, electrical, mechanical and hydraulic devices
Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems
Replace and repair building finishes (ceiling tiles, door hardware, walls, paint)
Respond to emergencies and customer service requests as assigned
Inspect buildings, grounds and equipment for unsafe conditions and preventative maintenance
