Job summary

C&W Services is seeking a Lead Mobile Maintenance Technician to support commercial properties in Midland, TX. You will assist with operation troubleshooting, diagnostics, housekeeping, and repairs across building systems, equipment, and vehicles.

This role requires hands-on technical ability, the initiative to respond to emergencies, and the use of computer tools and building automation systems. A high school diploma and 2+ years’ experience are required, with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of related experience in a commercial property setting.
• Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license (commercial license may be required) and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems (packaging and handling machinery, plumbing, kitchen equipment, roofs, drains, shop and grounds equipment, HVAC).
• Clean, lubricate, and service pumps, valves, pneumatic controls, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic devices.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Replace and repair building finishes (ceiling tiles, door hardware, wallpaper) and paint walls, piping, floors and equipment.
• Respond to emergencies and customer service requests as assigned.
• Maintain and operate fire and life safety systems as assigned.
• Comply with safety training and company dress code.

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Technical, vocational or on-the-job training in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, or related fields

2+ years of related experience in a commercial property setting

Technical, vocational or on-the-job training in at least one of the following areas: HVAC, electrical, mechanical, process controls, painting, plumbing, carpentry or engine repair

Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
