Responsibilities

Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
Demonstrate time management by reviewing work orders, estimating completion, and identifying needed materials.
Support energy management to ensure systems operate efficiently.
Oversee compliance with codes, regulations, and safety directives for building operations.
Operate company vehicles in daily work tasks.
Communicate clearly with clients, coworkers, and supervisors.
Apply established procedures to solve straightforward problems following defined duties.
Deliver output by following procedures under Local 30 standards.
