Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Mobile Technician in McKinney, TX to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on facility systems, including fire doors, in accordance with NFPA 80 standards. You will review work orders, estimate time and materials, and help ensure energy efficiency across building operations.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma required or equivalent experience.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Basic math and measurement skills beneficial for repairs and estimations.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for reporting and tracking work orders.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on facility mechanical and electrical systems.
• Maintain fire doors and fire life safety systems per NFPA 80 standards.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders, estimate time/materials, and track completion.
