Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Mobile Technician to service multiple buildings in Irving, TX. You will perform repairs and preventive maintenance on facility systems and assist with installation and modification of equipment.

You will review work orders, estimate time and materials, and support energy management efforts while ensuring safety and compliance with codes. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a High School diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years of job-related experience considered.
• Proficient in communication and math basics; able to follow standard procedures and safety rules.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook or similar office software.
