Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Technician to service multiple buildings, industrial systems, and equipment. You will perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and small installations, supporting energy management and safety compliance across sites in the Houston area.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of related experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills. This role requires physical effort and adherence to procedures under supervision.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of job-related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards for repairs and maintenance.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and estimate time/materials; manage and track completion.
• Support energy management by ensuring systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect installations for compliance with codes and safety regulations.
• Communicate clearly with clients, coworkers, and supervisors to exchange information.
• Follow defined procedures to solve straightforward problems under supervision.
• Deliver output by following procedures and processes with guidance.
