Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on facility mechanical and electrical systems.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and estimate time/materials needed for repairs; track completion.
• Support energy management to keep systems efficient.
• Inspect installations for code and safety compliance.
• Communicate clearly with clients, coworkers, and supervisors.
• Follow established procedures to solve straightforward problems.
• Carry out duties and tasks as defined under supervision.
• Deliver output by adhering to defined processes.
