Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Engineer in the North Orlando area to perform maintenance on facility systems across retail sites. You will oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building repairs while maintaining safety and efficiency.

A valid driver’s license and Universal CFC certification are required, with 4–5 years of related experience. What you’ll bring includes strong problem-solving, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to manage time and coordinate materials for

Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma (or equivalent) is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Service Channel experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural and control systems to meet standards.
Review inspections of HVAC, plumbing and electrical to ensure operation within design specs.
Estimate time to complete repairs and coordinate needed materials.
Maintain truck stock inventory to ensure supplies and tools are available.
Perform preventive maintenance and manage emergency repairs as needed.
Ensure compliance with codes, regulations and safety policies.
Operate company vehicles for daily work.
Apply standard principles to complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
Lead by example and uphold CBRE RISE values.
Adhere to broad guidelines and company policies.
