This role involves overseeing mechanical, plumbing, life safety, and control systems, reviewing work orders, and coordinating materials and tools. You will implement preventive maintenance programs, ensure compliance with codes, and support a range of operating activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience. Universal CFC certification and Valid Driver’s license required.
• Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
• Willingness to operate company vehicles and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs to mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems.
• Review work orders, estimate time and materials, and manage supplies and tools.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to extend machinery life and handle emergency maintenance.
• Review inspections of building and industrial systems to ensure compliance with design specs.
• Explain difficult information and coach others within the team.
