Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate to support retail operations by assisting customers with technology and service needs in a fast-paced setting.

You will build product knowledge, demonstrate solutions, and guide customers through their shopping journey, aiming for exceptional service and loyalty. Responsibilities include delivering personalized technology solutions, using digital tools to illustrate plans and features, and completing required training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
