Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Retail Associate to engage customers and help them choose technology and service plans within a fast-paced environment.

You will build product knowledge, demonstrate features, and guide customers through their shopping journey while developing skills in customer interaction and digital tool usage. This role supports the customer experience and drives loyalty across channels.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service or sales experience in retail.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
