Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Mobile Associate for National Sales partner locations to energize the retail environment and educate customers about wireless solutions. You will engage customers, demonstrate products, and use solution-based selling to meet sales targets.

You will train on-store processes, stay updated on promotions, and collaborate with nearby store teams to ensure exceptional customer service. Eligibility requires at least a high school diploma and customer service or sales experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment.
• Identify customer needs and demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services using solution-based selling techniques.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products and processes; review promotions and stay Customer Ready at all times.
• Builds relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account setup to device support and servicing.
