Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales in a retail environment preferred.
• 18+ years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools and effective communication.
• Demonstrates products and services, identifies needs, and uses solution-based selling to show value.
• Completes training on in-store processes, products, and systems; on-boards customers with store teams.
• Builds rapport and loyalty with customers; follows up, captures referrals, and supports Be Back processes.
