Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Expert to join our Retail Team and bring the T-Mobile brand to life through energetic customer interactions.

You’ll educate customers on devices and services, build lasting relationships, and consistently meet sales and customer experience targets in a fast-moving store environment. As a Mobile Expert, you’ll leverage digital tools, complete in-store trainings, and collaborate with across channels to deliver top-notch service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: 30 days T-Mobile Mobile Associate experience.
• Preferred: 6 months of customer service or sales experience in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Serving and selling to customers, providing a best in class experience and building loyalty.
• Consistently leverages digital tools in interactions and onboarding.
• Completes training on in-store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and resources.
• Makes the most of time on shift, learning about innovations in wireless and technology.
• Partners with T-Mobile employees across channels, including business and customer service.
