Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educating and showcasing the value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Use digital self-serve tools and solution-based selling to meet customer needs and demonstrate products.
• Complete training on in-store processes, promotions, and systems; assist with onboarding and store operations.
