Job summary

T-Mobile Store-in-Store Mobile Associates play a key role in educating customers, demonstrating products, and delivering exceptional service in a busy warehouse/club setting. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills required.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment and educates customers on products and benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, new skills, products, and processes; continuously learn and improve skills to provide the best possible customer experience.
• Engage customers, attract potential buyers, follow up with referrals, and build relationships to drive sales in the location.
