Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to be the face of the brand inside a warehouse/club kiosk, delivering energy, education, and solutions to customers in a high-traffic retail setting.

You’ll complete training on store processes, build rapport, drive sales, and develop relationships with new and existing customers, while enjoying a comprehensive benefits package and opportunity for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail setting using digital tools and educate them on benefits.
• Complete training on the store-in-store experience and ongoing skills development.
• Build rapport, drive sales, collect referrals, and foster customer relationships.
