T-Mobile Store-in-Store Mobile Associates are the face of T-Mobile inside a warehouse/club kiosk, delivering energy, knowledge, and solutions to customers. You’ll engage, educate, and assist in a high-traffic environment, helping customers stay connected to what matters most.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail setting.
• Complete training on store-in-store processes, products, and systems.
• Educate customers, build rapport, and drive sales while delivering exceptional service.
