Job summary

Speedrack Products Group in Michigan is seeking a Mobile Equipment Operator to support production through forklift operation and material handling. You will load and unload trucks, track movements with a handheld scanner, and help maintain a clean, safe work area in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED and the ability to read a tape measure. You must understand and follow the company’s Powered Industrial Truck program and collaborate effectively

Qualifications

• Reads and writes proficiently; basic math and measurement skills.
• Able to read a tape measure accurately.
• Works well in teams and communicates effectively.
• Maintains safety awareness and follows procedures.
• Physical stamina to stand, lift, and operate equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive Forklift and/or other industrial equipment.
• Adhere to Powered Industrial Truck Program requirements.
• Load/unload trucks and move material between departments.
• Keep accurate counts of material moved and tracked with a handheld scan device.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and attend to housekeeping.
• Support other departments as needed and follow safety policies.
